I just placed an order, when will I receive it?

We ship orders on Mondays and Wednesdays. You will be notified once your product has been shipped!

Do you offer local pick up?

Not at the moment. We are based online!

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently offer shipping in Canada and United States only. We’re actively working to expand Mayana & Friends worldwide. Subscribe or follow our socials for updates!

Are your products safe?

Yes. Our products are certified, have been tested for safety and meet all of CCPSA’s requirements in Canada as well as CPSIA’s requirements in the United States.
